We’ve been doing some serious homework lately! Even though I covered everything, and yes we did have some amazing stuff, my assignment was Tenuta San Leonardo.
We all have an expiration date we can do nothing about unfortunately! However, there is an exception to this rule – San Leonardo 2007. This wine is undoubtedly a highlander, seemingly defying the aging process! If you were to ask me to distinguish between the most recent vintages between 2013 and 2007 in a blind tasting, I would have been thoroughly perplexed!
Certain bottles of wine leave us speechless, and this is one such instance. San Leonardo 2007 is an experience that evokes ecstasy, sends shivers down your spine, and can stay in the cellar indefinitely, yet remaining vibrant, alive and kicking once you decide to enjoy it! Take my word for it and get yourself a bottle! I definitely need to buy some more 2007 myself!
